Well, I can tell you that CBD didn't have any effect on me, but maybe that's because I was smoking weed in the past.

If you're talking about the psychoactive effect, then I can tell you that most CBD products won't get you high. CBD products are great if you're struggling with panic attacks and anxiety, and I can tell you that they actually work if you have to cope with stress.
