Wasteland Bio:
Wasteland is a Heavy Metal band from Uppsala, Sweden.
The band was started in 2003 by Mats Barnheim, Johan Pettersson and Ulf Lindblad.
Johan Lowgren joined the band after a few months and Wasteland was created.
In the autumn of 2004, we recorded our first promo, Hungry for more.
2005-2006 we started to think about getting a 2:nd guitarist and in
the spring of 2006, Wasteland got a new member, Sebastian Martensson.
In January 2007 Wasteland recorded In Hoc Signo Vinces, our first full lenght album. Pre listening tracks are free for download on our website.
Our influences are bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Metallica.
