Ever Since The Day

Ever Since The Day Bio:

The band was formed between spring 2005 and winter 2006. The three of us: Kari, Johannes and Jouni started playing together and quickly realised that playing rock music without a real drummer is not a good idea. After all, drums are an essential part of rock music… It took about 7-8 months to find a drummer that suited for the band, and who truly liked what we were doing and what we were after. Archie came to the rescue, and we pretty much knew right away that he was the guy we were looking for.

While we searched for a drummer to fill our line-up, we did a couple of acoustic gigs. Mainly playing for friends at different parties. We played mostly covers, but threw in a few of our own songs to spice up the set.

After Archie joined the band, we ditched the covers and focused on playing our own music. At that point we already had many songs to rehearse, and new songs just kept on coming.

Our music is versatile, but if we had to discribe it with one word, it would be rock. One could hear influencies from rock, pop, heavy, alternative, grunge, post-grunge, emo… the list goes on and on. We try and hope to sound like us, Ever Since The Day.
