Inner Empire Ramblers Bio:

Right now, the band is mainly me and Brent, my bass player. The band is putting together more tunes, right now there are six songs on the internet, including this site. The songs will range from acoustic tunes to folk rock tunes done sometimes with a mildly celtic line in them. Hope everyone enjoys the tunes. Danny

Hey everyone!!! Well, I just completed several gigs in New Orleans last week. I had two nights at the St. Roch tavern which went well, (meaning great people, owners, and a lot of fun), and a night at Sean Kelly's Irish Pub in the French Quarter. Another great gig. I am looking forward to going back, and so far the 3rd weekend of May is the target date. Looking to confirm bookings at Mimi's in the Marigny, and Sean Kelly's pub again, with a stop at the St Roch. Hi, John and Claudia at the ST. Roch!!! I should be writing new tunes soon, or as soon as I can dream them up!! Anyway, it's up and at'em for now. Hope to see people there at the gigs. Stop by and say Hi!, Danny

well, the time has finally come for me in getting out and playing solo. It's great, I live in Maryland, and the first booking is in New Orleans in the Merigny District, (right next to the French Quarter)at the ST Rock Tavern, on March 11, 2007. If anyone is in the area, come on down, I'm sure besides my originals, there will be something I play that you will recognize or like!! The style is basically country rock, and folk. I'm trying to stay away from main stream country!!! Although a David Allan Coe tune thrown in will definitely be a good time!!! Hope to see people there who have stopped by this site. Danny :)

To those of you who have stopped by, listened, and downloaded, thanks!!! Now, hopefully, you'll stay to listen to my newest tune, still warm from the burner!!! This tune is a slight departure from the others, using more electric guitar than previous offerings. ALso, i broke down and sang some background vocals to power the refrains a little!!! If anyone is interested, there are four guitar parts recorded into the tune. One acoustic strummed, one finger picked, and two electric guitars on different settings!! The song fits with the other material in that it can be performed solo on one guitar, and still come out pretty much with the same idea!!! That's all for now, and again, a sincere thanks to the listeners and downloaders Danny,,,(Inner Empire Ramblers)
