At what cost do we take away lives ,and burie them for the spoils in these lands ,i\'m not the one who set this price,my labor comes from love with these hands,i\'m working hard to show the little ones that the world can be a better place to live ,and use our arms for love peace and not war ,a more usefull thing for use to give,
God help us,help us see a better place for us to live
god help us, help us with a little mercy you can give.
maybe we\'re lost in these times, and the lessons that lie within us need be found
maybe it\'s all in my mind, the world will probably change when i\'m not around, but i\'ll keep looking for solutions while i\'m still here
my soul will not be rested \'til they\'re found
i feel it in my bones like we\'re so very near
and i won\'t give up until i\'m six feat under ground,
God help us, help us see a better way for us to live, god help us, help us with a little mercy you can give,

this is the time for us to change, so open up your hearts and your minds, and god help us.
