What can one say about the Dive Bar Junkies that the name doesn't say itself - the Dive Bar Junkies come from San Pedro,CA- started in late 2003 the Junkies have been infesting Southern California Dive Bar's with a unique blend of metal,hardcore,punk,rock,reggae,hip hop to create a divebar blend of punk. Dive Bar has opened for such bands as The Dwarves,Agent Orange,Butt Trumpet,45 Grave,Adolecents,and J.F.A. With a crappy 5 song demo behind them, and probably over 100 plus shows and one small West Coast Tour the Junkies have recently recorded the majority of a 15 song LP and currently have a split 10"/CD with Butt Trumpet coming out in November on Felony Records, http://www.felonyrecords.org |
