Over 19 Bands submitted demos for consideration to be on the Bill for The Tom Jones Memorial Concert- to be held at the Corn Exchange in October. The selection panel for the gig, which includes, members of toms family, band mates, FMS promotions, Cambridgebands.com and other band managers are listening to the CD this week. Music Fans can also have a Say.
This Charity Memorial Rock Concert(Teenage Kicks) will be a fitting tribute for a great lad who had a big future, it was a tragic loss.
After4 and INKUS have developed together over the last two years. After4 played with Inkus at a number of gigs, the last being at the Corn Exchange in the Young Cambridge Bands final in Apr this year when Inkus deservedly won the competition.
As Paul says, After4 are one of 17 Bands being considered for this fitting tribute to Tom. Bands will be chosen by online voting, and After4 would appreciate it if you voted for them to play for Tom, and if you can, please come along on the night to support this event.
