Margarita Shamrakov Bio:
Margarita Shamrakov came to the US with nothing but hope and a dream. Margarita immigrated to the US from the Ukraine when she was 16yo.
Margarita did not speak english at all when she came to the US.
Shocked, scared, and lonely in a new country she did not even dare to dream.
When in 2001 Margarita's song TRAGEDY won The John Lennon Songwriting Contest sponsored by BMI, it was a big surprise for Margarita.
In 2003 Margarita met Mike Anzel, who is an amazing producer and engineer and who continuosly supports Margarita through ups and downs.
