Success with Breaking the Rules, Reckless Jerry and Second Place has charted worldwide.

Unsigned and loving it: with second place and the reforming of Reckless Jerry things are looking great for Deano. Finding new talent and guests to perform and record the final product is going to be awesome.

After suffering a shoulder injury a couple of years back, Deano has been out of action for quite a while. He has been messing around with ideas but unable to perform because of the injury. Chase Matthews from Reckless Jerry approached Deano to reform the unbelievably popular Punk band......RJ is BACK!!!

Deano always writes from the heart; whether its a funny feeling to a hurting feeling - his contribution to the bands he is involved with reflects this. New songs are being written. New talent is being discovered. New Classics.

More About second place

second Place are a rock/punk band from the UK. Over the past couple of years they have racked up an impressive number of online chart hits. With their following of fans and listeners growing all the time, the band is looking forward to the future!

second place have an amazing amount of supporters in other countries considering they have never performed outside of the UK. Although still unsigned, the band has high hopes that the new album will bring them some recognition and the elusive record/distribution deal that they have worked so hard to get.

The band line up has always been a little confusing. The main members are Deano and Chase Matthews. There have been other members, mainly for either recording or live appearances. When live, Cassandra Dulake from 'The Dee Dee's' on drums and Sam Browne from 'Tequila Mockingbird' on bass and second vocalist. In the studio, Deano is lead vocals and plays all the instruments with the help of Chase on some guitars and vocals. The actual live line-up now is unknown. This will be addressed again when the band is ready for live duties.
