Founded in 1993 by Sheldon Rourke(guitar-hero-wannabe turned singer/songwriter)and a few high school buddies, what started out as The Hoax Inc. is now basically an old-school, in your face, root-oriented, no-frills, rock’n’roll band. The band’s influences range from the Stones, Pistols and Pogues to 80’s cock-rock and 90’s grunge bands. He's already demoed over 20 new songs and has released a new 13-song CD “MIND OF DESTRUCTIVE TASTE...” including a trashy cover of the late John Lennon’s underground classic “Well, Well, Well''!!!
