Think, big riffs, catchy chorus' and a wide range of dynamics. Each performance is 100% live energy with melodies you just can't help sing along to. It's quite simply 4 friends who truly believe in what they do.

Formed in 2017, Southern Skies have since released a debut single, "Shining Through the Cracks" along with a music video. They are now busy preparing for their debut album to be released digitally and physically on the 8th December 2018.

"The song itself is about hate crime and the terror that many people on this world face on a day to day basis. We don’t class ourselves as a political band and nor do we really wish to be seen as such, but the acts that have occurred over the past decade or so really did strike a chord with us. We noticed a lot of confusion within the whole situation, many people are not sure who to blame and yet blame people anyway out of either ignorance, fear or just for the sake of it.

The whole situation seems a mess, unfortunately caused by a few individuals within our society. Appeal For Reason stands for our take on the situation"
