Unlike many of the dabblers in musical electronics, dcallen isn't so much a commercial electronica artist as much as he is a composer, who merely uses electronics as a medium. His music would sound good no matter what instruments it was played on. A fusion of classical and electronica, glossed over with brilliantly programmed beats and effects make dcallen a musical force to be reckoned with.
