Hello! Good day!
Mike Tompkins is a singer/songwriter/guitarist from Vancouver Island, B.C. After studying at Selkirk College’s Music & Technology program in Nelson, B.C. for two years, Mike has had the opportunity to perform in cities from Vancouver to Montreal. Now set to record his first album at the Risque Disque Studio in Nanaimo, B.C. June and July, 2015 with Pat Steward (Bryan Adams, Mathew Good, The Odds) on drums, Doug Elliott (John Baldry, Colin James, The Odds) on Bass, and Daryl Havers (Brickhouse) on keys. With this very experienced band, they will record 9 original songs live off the floor.
Now determined to make a go of it in the Canadian music scene, Mike is performing live and booking shows in anticipation of the summer 2015 album release. Keep an eye open for him, as he puts on a show you don’t want to miss.
