I'll not give my age away, but you can guess it when I say that my only criticism was trying to catch all the words - but I like the bright & "poppy"music. But I'm more into jazz, blues & reggae meself! On a related note, I was inspired to "re-write" a very well known song a while ago, with new lyrics intended to promote support for the Teenage Cancer Trust (promoted by the Who, my fave band). A musician friend rather unexpectedly sent me back his own home recording of the song after I sent him my lyrics, so your own efforts have given me a fresh impetus to progress my idea - thanks!
