We Are Building Ruins - "The Painting" |
We made a painting of something motionless, something withering and monochromatic. Black breaths are hiding our heaven and filling deep our lungs, pushing away the white clouds from the top of our castles. (Soffocate us) We built our highest fortresses between the wildest woods, standing so close to the edge from the fiery tongues. Bury us dust. Three thousand years ago we prayed the red star to keep our embodied souls away from the schorchest hades. Dress us fire. We plunged ourselves down into the deepest oceans, feeding the biggest sharks. We are living the storm. Drowned minds move directionless. Only pain gives freedom, these days need no guilty devils. So many sinners, no more room in hell. Soffocate us, bury us dust, dress us fire, we walk the earth. |
