Hope Is Going Home Bio:

Hope Is Going Home is a three-piece rock band from Northeast Texas, with progressive, indie, reggae and funk influences. Benjamin Fort (vocals, guitar), Mance Fine (bass), and Chase Witterbort (drums) formed the band in 2008 from the remains of several local projects including My Plastic Friends and Fallback.

Members have shared the stage with Eisley, Ivoryline, Sky Eats Airplane, Trivium, and other regional and national acts, and have even earned endorsements by Spector Instruments and Uproar Apparel.

The band has set out to create music that is not only diverse in nature, but that is expressive and fitting to who they are. This high-energy music creates an overwhelming sense of peace and free-thought for the listener. Make no mistake, you won’t find any cookie cutter images being endorsed in this band.

Hitting the scene in early 2009 with an untamed ferocity and musicianship that can be likened to legends like Hendrix and Zeppelin (or more recently Sublime and Incubus) Hope Is Going Home has turned heads and opened the minds of their listeners with their live show and debut EP entitled The Hoffman. The band has recently begun the early stages of planning a long trek that
