Kelvin Muse a.k.a Mr Stutterman was born and raised in New Orleans, La. Straight out the St. Bernard Projects.
Mr. Stutterman has worked with many local artists in the New Orleans area. After joining the Army, Stutter landed in Regensburg, Germany were he linked up with 8Karat of 8karatmusic. Since then its been alot of studio time, writing, producing, and getting tracks mastered with the 8karat team for the release of of his first full demo titled "History Lesson". |
