Solomon Jaye Bio:Born in Tampa Florida, Solomon moved to Houston with his family at age 13 where he attended school in the Spring Independent School District. While at Westfield High School Solomon excelled in choir and district voice competitions. And later, in college, at Morehouse in Atlanta, where he became a member of the world renowned “Morehouse Glee Club”, Solomon was able to tap into the true potential of his voice. Solomon transferred to Oklahoma City University (the Julliard of the Mid-west) after a year and a half at Morehouse. He further expanded his talents to singer, actor, guitarist, hip-hop dancer-choreographer and a tap master. Dominating as a front man for 23rd Street (Jazz Band), and Blind Optimism (Indie/Rock/Acoustic), he established his overwhelming presence as a Soul Singer. Currently a resident of Houston, TX, Solomon recently completed a stint on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as a featured entertainer.
