Filip Gavranovic Bio:
Filip Gavranovic started playing classical guitar when he was nine. Then, (2003) in a high school he discovered music of Pat Metheny. Soon after he bought electric guitar and started to play jazz. For next three years he played many concerts in Podgorica with Ilija Djurovic (guitar) and two bands: Trio Antonia (Filip Gavranovic on acoustic & electric guitar, Miroslav Ilic on accordion and Stefan Pavicevic on clarinet & percussion), and Antonia Group (Filip Gavranovic on acoustic & electric guitar, harp guitar, electric sitar guitar & synth guitar, Miroslav Ilic on accordion & keyboard, Ilija Djurovic on acoustic guitar & keyboard, Dejan Ljujic on electric bass, Enes Tahirovic on ac. piano and Veljko Obradovic - sound engineer). Now he is playing his own original music with the new band named of Filip Gavranovic Trio (Ilija Djurovic on el. bass and Slaven Ljujic on ac. drums). He's also composing and recording his own music at Home Studio in Podgorica with programed band, named "Imaginary Group". For now he recorded three albums of trancripted orch. music, originaly composed by Jeremy Soule and three albums of his own music still waiting to be recorded ("There's No Time", "The Wilderness Days" and "Song In N"). |
