Street 2 DreamZ Productions
Based out of Houston, TX and deriving from a southwest community known as Alief Texas (home to Rashard Lewis of the NBA), a group of individuals with the same dreams decided to come together. In an effort to present their gifts, CEO Albert "P-gizzle" Cunningham Jr. devised an elite union of artists. The Showcase artist is Albert "Alibi RankZ" Cunningham 3. All major production is created by Alibi RankZ and is produced from scratch. There are no sample software or sampled loops, all of the music is created on a Yamaha Motif 6 and RM1X which is interfaced with a full blown copy of Digital Performer. The recording mixing is also handled by none other than Alibi RankZ himself. With his gritty "In your Face" wordplay , and his sense of politic he devises words that reflect his character. Alibi RankZ has been performing since the 8th grade doing numerous talent shows and open mics around the Houston area. He even held a title for 3 weeks at an underground club known as MVP. There was a talent contest every friday, where unfortunatly in the end the DJs friend won. There have been numerous opening performances around the city where Alibi RankZ has performed. Club Kartel, a Club in the area provided an opportunity for the RankZ to open for E-40. The show was great and the draw was close to 100 people. Club Viper, a teen club, was also a great area of promotion. The club offered RankZ a chance to develop his own lineup and showcase his own act. Alibi RankZ is currently showcasing a venue known as The Rhythm Room, which is home to a number of local bands and hip hop groups. The venue is now being offered to him as a regular gig with the availability to perform every three weeks.
The style of the label is the reason we stand out of the crowd. The influence that Alibi RankZ would like to deliver is reality. Thanks to the trials and tribulations of life, RankZ has been able to channel all emotions a person can possibly feel and roll them into a melody that can be used as an exit. Street 2 DreamZ Productions is the new label of Houston. Now networking through different internet music sites, and music conferences he has managed to distribute a number of copies to the streets. Also, with the help of our West Coast manager Alejandro Salazar we have been able to expand our music to different market areas, in an effort to touch a diverse crowd. Alex provides us with a great opportunity to not only to touch the ears of a different region, but also network through the great contacts he has provided. His professionalism will allow RankZ the opportuniy to work perfectly with all types of personalities the industry has to offer. Street 2 DreamZ Productions and Alibi RankZ is going to change Houston music forever.
