Risyn Bio:
Classified by some as a post-grunge band similar to the likes of Creed and Nickelback, Risyn manages to intermix elements of light and heavy to create a sound all their own. The band has recently received radio airplay of their self-titled debut E.P. on Q104 and CKDU in Halifax, VOCM in St. John's Newfoundland and CKBW in Bridgwater. With the momentum that has started with local airplay, Risyn has begun planning a campus tour of Atlantic Canada that will soon spread to a Canada-wide tour with the release of their full length CD in the Spring of 2005. |
