RAINBOW KISS Bio:
The Feed was formed in Bakersfield, California by Guilli Munster (G.W. Garcia) and his brother Robert Tapia, in 2002 (both appear together on the first "unofficial" The Feed track "Song For Sad Friend" and their version of Unsane's "Skrape" with Tapia on vocals). but, eventually, The Feed's active members would be reduced to Guilli himself.
The Feed's first single, the Return of The Living Dead inspired, "Sick Love (Eat My Brains)" was written as a joke in for Guilli's friends, but was met unexpectedly with a serious and positive response. encouraged by the feedback Guilli continued writing and recording more music, releasing the singles for the wild Patton-esque "Song For Sad Friend," the Reznor-Molko burrito "Three Points."
in 2004, came the the unfocused and desperate break-up eight track EP "Four Years of Your Life" which featured The Feed's most well received single to date, "Three Points," the most incarnated song "Outta Sight," and the title track, "Four Years of Your Life.
The Feed once again ended in 2004 when Guilli moved to San Francisco, California to pursue a career in animation, before it's would-be first full-length effort "The Legend of The Dog-faced Woman" was ever finished and the album was shelved. songs expected to appear on the LP were the first single "Sick Love (Eat My Brains)," "Song For Sad Friend," and Guilli's bitter love letter to an old bandmate "Dear Billy."
in the wake of a holy Hell of year that was 2005, Guilli decided to give his solo studio project another try. the bands name was then changed from The Feed to RAINBOW KISS due to the discovery of a massive manload of bands in the world called "Feed," "The Feed," "The Feeds," etc.. RAINBOW KISS then died a few years later, sealing the fate of The Feed once again.
four years later, in the spirit of an undead horror fiend, The Feed has returned from beyond the grave, under it's true name, for another uncalled-for sequel. it has come to be believed that a pattern has developed. The Feed just won't die.
Guilli is currently writing and compiling all-new and old material to be collected on The Feed's first actual LP, the overdue "Legend of The Dog-Faced Woman." the release date is yet to be announced.
in the meantime, enjoy the rotted fruits of Guilli's labor on the playlist above.
