Martin's music is inspired by the 'right on' music of the late 60's early 70's. He has, however, created a unique sound. His use of familiar but unusual rhythms and chord choices produduces a music jazzier than most pop dares. This is forward looking music with a big nod to the bygone era of Peace Love and general open-mindedness. This is social Funk with a dash of Blues, a slice of Jazz, and some Rock to smooth things out. To read an interview with Martin visit
