Ethan Hopkins
Ethan Hopkins Bio:

The indie, pop, blues, folk music creationist, Ethan Hopkins is from Casper, Wyoming. He has been involved with music all his life. He started with piano and moved on to other instruments like the cello, guitar, bass, and ukulele. He loves writing a unique fusion of pop, blues, and folk music with down to earth lyrics for everyone. Growing up in Wyoming, the musician grew up with a lot of local country musicians. He played along side some of the town’s biggest names like John Kirlin, CJ Meloy, Steve Frame, and more. Although he had many influences from them, his music finds itself unique in the fact it is most pop and folk music. He did draw from them how to perform and his blues style.
He started playing and writing music in his own home at the age of 14. Not a year later he started playing for local venues in Casper, Wyoming. Some were in a pizza store called Charlie T’s Pizzeria. Others included The Wonderbar, Art of Coffee, The Nic Fest, Natrona County High School Talent Show, and many more. Eventually the venues grew and he started to play for local festivals. Along with actively playing for live venues and posting music online, Ethan released his first single, “Ocean”.
“Ocean” is a song that embodies the pop feel, the folk looseness, and the down to earth lyrics that Ethan boasts. :)
