Amber Lane Bio:
Amber Lane was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. By the age of 7, she knew that she wanted to be a singer. She has been performing since she was 5 in various dance recitals, with choirs, And in plays and musicals. The singer has also one various music related competitions for her talents as a pianist and as a singer. After turning 18, she decided to move to Chicago to see what that city had to offer her and her music. She recorded her first demo at Gremlin Studios in Aurora, IL in 2006, and moved back home to Tennessee shortly after. After spending some time in Nashville and developing some contacts, she decided that she needed a different sound for her music and went into the studio with Tony Lopacinski (former guitarist for Train) and Will Doughty (accomplished keyboardist) to co-write and record her second demo. The second demo was something she knew she could be proud of, and since recording it she has had her songs on numerous radio stations during the unsigned artist segments, and has even had her music featured on several internet radio stations focusing mostly on unsigned artists. Amber is now looking for a well connected manager, and also shopping her songs to TV shows and movies along with searching for a record label. She has now relocated to Los Angeles where she plans to further her music career.
